WHEN I TRAVELLED TO JAPAN, I BOUGHT SOME SKINCARE
Skincare products review of Muji Moisturising Milk in Moisture
In most Asian countries like Japan and Korea, ladies really like to take care of their skin. They all want a radiant and healthy skin. While on honeymoon in Japan, I was on a shopping spree and wanted to buy everything! LOL… Seriously, if we didn’t have limited budget, I would want to buy every cosmetic in the drugstore. And here it is my journey before I can do this Skincare products review of Muji Moisturising Milk in Moisture.
But this skincare, I didn’t buy it at a drugstore. While strolling in Shinjuku, Tokyo, we found a clothing store named MUJI. I already knew this store because we have a similar branch in Jakarta. Even though the store looks so minimalist and simple, the prices in Jakarta are not cheap. In Jakarta, the store only sells clothes and some appliances for home.
But, in Shinjuku, the store sells cosmetics! I didn’t know at first. So, I just went in and looked around , until I noticed a crowd of girls in one particular section. And, while my husband was preventing me to do shopping (it’s still the same until now… Lol),I found this!
MUJI MOISTURISING MILK IN MOISTURE
There is a lot of varieties but, since I have combination skin which is oily in the middle and T area but dry on the outer part of my face, I decided to take this ‘moisture’ one. I bought this on February 2016 and was preparing for the coming winter in Mauritius. Winter in Mauritius is not snowy but windy and cold, so my skin tends to dry.
Here are some pics of the back side:
THE BACK SIDE IS IN JAPANESE LANGUAGE T.T
My skin is also sensitive but with this moisturising milk, it feels so moist and silky smooth. I usually apply it at night before sleep and in the morning. I’m happy that my skin is super smooth now!!
I already use it for the whole winter but It hasn’t finished yet because you don’t have to apply it a lot. Just a little bit like this is enough
Here are some pics after I apply it to my hand.
AFTER APPLICATION, IT LOOKS OILY, BUT WAIT A MOMENT AND YOUR SKIN LOOKS MOIST. (btw there’s not whitening effect. My hand may appear whiter but it’s because of the lighting)
Here is some description from the MUJI WEBSITE :
Use Moisturising Milk after toning to add another layer of moisture to your skin. Using natural water from Kamaishi, Iwate-ken. Leaves your drying sensitive skin refreshed and hydrated. Low irritant and gentle enough for delicate skin.
No fragrance – No artificial colors – No mineral oils – Weakly acidic – Paraben free – Alcohol free
They said that I have to use the toning water also but I’m afraid that my skin will break out. So, I only bought the moisturising milk.
The next time I can buy their cosmetics, I will want to try the toning water also!
Oh, by the way, I use a moisturising face wash as a combo with this. I will share it tomorrow but here is a preview…
See ya tomorrow!
