This is the secret that I have been hiding, but now I wanna share it with you, guys. This method is working for me and it must work for you too. Let me tell you how to lose 15 pounds in 10 days..
After I married, I became LAZY, you know… Any lady, before marriage, will always watch what she eats and monitor her weight. But, several months after coming back from honeymoon, all my pants seem to be shrinking and get tighter — yeah I know… the problem is not the pants. LOL.
I gained about 15 pounds for just about 3 months of unhealthy eating habits. I ate everything.. serious..LITTERALY everything! Chips, chocolate, cakes, oily foods and many more but then I realized something. You know that feeling when you eat a lot of junk food and your stomach feels weird? I have that kind a problem. The more I ate unhealthy foods, the more I feel bad. All of those junk in my stomach made my body feel unhealthy.
And then, I reached a point where I have to lose weight. You know that, when you start feeling heavy and unhealthy, you definitely need to change that. So, when I was searching around for a healthy diet, I found this! MASTER CLEANSE FOR 10 DAYS. At first, I was skeptic and kept thinking perhaps it won’t work. but guess what? IT WORKS!
I did some research about this
diet detox cleansing method and I was surprised by how many people already tried this and it works really well with them. Well.. in my mind that I need to do detox cleanse first before changing my lifestyle to a healthy one, so I decided to do this! Yeah, baby! Bring it on! 10 Days of Master Cleanse — the results are unbelieveable! I lost what I gained in the past 3 months. Magic? No.. it’s called DETERMINATION. I was able to hold on to my cravings and stick to the plan.
Planning without DETERMINATION is the same as going outside without pants. You want to go outside but you forget what is the most important thing — which is your pants in this case. LOL. Again, if I can do this, you also can do this. I am the type of person that always craves for snacks. I just CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT SNACKS. *note: I don’t drink laxative tea every night since I am afraid that it will affect my stomach too much, but I do drink peppermint tea every night to ease my stomach.

These are the methods that I used and it helps me lose that unbudging weight after the master cleanse.
Drink Green Tea
Green tea has becoming one of the drinks that can help to improve metabolism. After doing master cleanse, your metabolism will automatically become slower — since you didn’t eat anything solid. Drinking green tea has helped me to boost my metabolism faster than normal and lose more weight. Since then, I already lost 4 more pounds. I recommend you to drink it in the morning, in between lunch or after dinner.
Eat Healthy Food
Do you know the right propotion to lose weight healthily? it’s 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. Eat good food that will give your body nutrition. I prefer to avoid red meat such as beef and switch to high protein meat like chicken breast or eggs (I really love both) — also reduce your salt intake because sodium makes your body retain water. Preferably you cook your own food so you can control the salt and what to eat.

Veggies and fruits are a must. Make it a combo with drinking grapefruit every morning with your breakfast. Change your habit into eating healthily and your body will thank you for that.
I remind you again, diet without determination won’t help you achieve your goals — even Victoria’s Secret angels know that ( they seriously worked so hard to get their beautiful angel body). After master cleanse, I recommend you to do more exercises — more depends on you as you can add more time or you can add intensity in your exercises (harder workouts). I prefer to intensify my exercises because they will make me sweat more and refresh me especially in the morning.
